Federal law requires us to have a valid prescription on file before we ship your CPAP mask, machine, humidifier, oral appliance, or EPAP device. Once we receive your script, we can process your order. During the checkout process, you will have an opportunity to submit your prescription.

You can also submit your prescription in the following ways:

- Take a photo of your prescription and email or text it to us
- Scan it and email it to us
- We can request it from your doctor for you
